Kuwait said Iranian missiles and drones killed one person and injured 63 at Kuwait International Airport. Kuwait Airways later resumed flights after the attack. The airport had been a target and then a reopening story within the same stretch of days.

India approved a 96 billion rupee support package, about 1 billion dollars, for airlines through interest-free advances to oil companies. The aim was to steady aviation fuel prices after disruptions in global oil supplies. The package was a domestic response to the war's effect on fuel.

The Indonesian rupiah fell to its lowest recorded level against the dollar, at 18,028 rupiah per dollar. Officials faced rising energy costs and demand for foreign currency even with central-bank intervention. The currency move was an economic reading of the same fuel shock.

Iraq and Syria temporarily closed their airspace, and Damascus airport suspended operations, during Iranian strikes on Israel. Iran closed airspace in the west of the country. Those closures were operational facts for airlines already dealing with fuel prices.

Hotel operator Archipelago International ended management agreements for six hotels in Cuba, citing United States sanctions. Hungary suspended work visas for nationals of Armenia, Georgia, and the Philippines, citing plans to regulate non-European Union guest workers. The two decisions were commercial and labor measures on the edge of the wider crisis.

Lebanon inaugurated a second international airport, Rene Mouawad Airport, while fighting with Israel continued. The opening was an infrastructure event inside an active war. It did not restore the older routes closed elsewhere in the region that week.
