FDA approves daraxonrasib, the first RAS inhibitor cleared for pancreatic cancer
The Food and Drug Administration approved daraxonrasib for metastatic pancreatic cancer, the first RAS inhibitor approved for the disease, after a study in which it nearly doubled survival compared with chemotherapy.
